    They all have cracks...literally. Every stock turbo head I own has at least one...most have multiple cracks. They don't leak into the coolant or oil though so it doesn't effect how it runs. Like 95% of all turbo heads being run today are cracked...

    Check to see if the head is flat with a straight edge. If it's not, have it decked to straighten it out. Most likely it's fine though.

    You'll be limited by the small vam, injectors, and exhaust as you said. Those injectors when pushed to the limit will only support about 240-250rwhp. Once you upgrade the items you mentioned, it's possible to make 300hp at boost somewhere in the low-mid 20's if the tune is good.

    Have you scanned for codes? I'd say it's probably the crank trigger but the codes should say for sure...

    You need a line going from the vacuum tree (or the nipple shown in pic) to the bottom of the valve and the line coming out of the side to the wastegate...all else gets plugged.

    Sounds like when you moved the distributor it cracked the wires in the harness that goes into the TFI and now it's not getting a connection...

    Most likely your new "full" tank actually shut the pump off before it was all the way full...screwing up your calculations.

    Poke a hole in one side and it should either twist in the hole or it will puncture and then you can grab it. Most likely rust around the hole or rust through the plug makes it leak.

    A larger front swaybar and a rear swaybar will help alot, as will wider/lower profile tires on larger wheels.

    It's already "mixed in". If it's not the gas it's either too much timing, too hot of air, too little fuel (because of extremely cold/dense air), or bit more boost than it was running before...

    All of that sounded exactly like the ignition module dying. Just because you bought a new one doesn't mean it works. Brand new "parts store" modules are known to be faulty from time to time. I'd take it back. Did you put the white grease under the module when you installed it? It is necessary...
