    I have a summit o/r H sitting at work waiting for me to get the car back out... I'll post up a video when I install it. As for the cat question.. That is very odd. Usually it is the other way around when a cat gets clogged. Maybe someone will chime in that knows more about that.

    That is from the late model mustang suspension guide. Really it all depends on the goal for you vehicle.

    I think you would be good with 2 quarts, but you can always get 3 and just have some extra around if you dont use it. Just make sure you dont open it until you have to, because its much easier for the fluid to pick up moisture. Also, make sure you use decent fluid.

    I think it would be less noticeable, since the spherical bearings would allow movement unlike the bushings.

    When I actually get around to upgrading my suspension I am going to run the Panhard bar and the Poor Mans 3 Link (PM3L) until I can afford the TA. Basically you remove the left UCA and leave in the right. I havent read of any ill effects with anyone doing it and it definately removes the bind.

    Actually the 02-up WRXs were 2.0L also. The 2.2L was only used in a few special WRXs such as the 22B, and in the older turbo Legacies. The STi, Forester, and the new WRXs get the 2.5.

    offset rack bushings??????

    I bought polyurethane bushings, and although it stiffened up the rack movement, I wish I would have went with aluminum bushings. I would check out Maximum Motorsports and order the aluminum ones..

    thermostat question

    I just installed the Mr. Gasket 180* thermostat. Looks to be much better quality, and only ran me about $8. The part number for that is 4364.
