    I wish I had a way to get my dyno graph onto the computer. My peak boost is 11 psi. The boost really starts comming in at around 3000. at 4000 its at 5 psi, at 4500 its at 7.5, and 5000 its at 9. Peak is just under 6k. Peak HP is made just under 5500 RPM, peak torque is at 4000.

    I like my vortech but if I were to do it all over again I would probably try out the KB. The only thing I dont like about the Vortech is that I have to rev it all the way up to get any power out of it. It is still a fun little car though...

    The screaching was probably just the coolant burning off from between the belt against the pulley if it was spraying coolant everywhere.

    The vortech kits come with one and assuming you are using the vortech intake piping, it works. When you get the Anderson Powerpipe there is no provision in it for the tube, youd have to tap your own. Rather than doing so I just capped it.

    Question about air deflector and rad support.

    I would have to look at it, but I think it just attaches with the plastic push pins that you can get at any auto parts store. Same kinda thing that holds the interior body pieces on.

    The sound you are hearing sounds like what I heard on mine when I got it. Kinda freaked me out that it wasnt just a straight whine. Never had a problem with it, I wouldnt really worry about it. Mine has been running great for 2 years now.
