    Roush Dealing with insurance companies

NADA means nothing. Insurance companies use ACV, backed up by Black Book values to determine your cars worth. You will get ACV- "actual cash value", which if NADA lists the car at 20K, you may get 1/4 to half of that, if the adjuster is in a giving mood. If you had a stated value policy...

    Roush Dealing with insurance companies

Sorry- but unless you had a "stated value" policy, you are out of luck. You will get the standard black book value for our car.

    Roush S281 Rear wing install

Not sure about prior year Mustangs/Saleens but I can tell you from first hand experience DO NOT TRUST Saleens instructions. I just installed the Saleen S/C wing on my N/A coupe and after laying everything out by Saleens diagrams, it was off by almost 3/8 of an inch. I ALWAYS double check...

Roush Check out my custom car cover

Finished up tonight- custom made Saleen car cover by Covercraft, with my own stenciled Saleen logo. Sorry for the crappy phone pic, but thats all I had. Let me know what you guys think.

    Roush 05-06 Sideskirts

I agree. I don't see how in this day and age of modern production that Saleen can say there is up to 1/2 inch tolerance on each Mustang. I could see 1/16, or even an 1/8..but 1/2"...Ridiculous, and looks like *****

    Roush Painting the bumper question

The painter from Saleen was probably lazy and didn't get the gun back in there at enough angle to get a smooth finish. I would try and get all the areas as perfect as possible if you are taking the time to do it.

Roush Looking For Opinions From Saleen Owners

Absolutely. I love my Saleen, but if I were to spend 70 grand, I'd buy the Z06 all day long. The Z06 will out-do the E in every category, and its price point makes it as limited production as the Saleen.

    Roush Strut tower brace

I have to disagree with you there. I have seen several guys claim there is a lack of structural integrity in the newer mustangs, and that the strut tower brace helps hold alignment and tighten the front end. Besides- tons of guys dump 4 and 5 bills on more worthless mods than a 100 dollar...

Roush What Should I Sell My '05 White 20x9 Wheels for?

I think the 285/40/20 is perfect for the Saleen stance after looking at the specs. 28.9 inches tall, and uses a 9.5 to 10" rim. 11.2 inches wide. Problem is, its not a real high performance tire, but it is standard equipment on the Grand Cherokee SRT-8, which is AWD and 415 hp. Good...

Roush What Should I Sell My '05 White 20x9 Wheels for?

What are you looking at in the 285/40/20's? Who makes a tire in that size? What 35 series are you going to look at? 275/20? edit: Goodyear makes a run-flat tire in 285/40/20.

Roush What Should I Sell My '05 White 20x9 Wheels for?

I'd love to see the 30's. The 295/40's are just a hair big for my tastes.

Awesome. You know, the more I looked at it, I think it was your camera angle that made the tire look too big.
