    Undercoating - inner fenders

Overspray would help I imagine the overspray when the final paint is being done wouldn't look out of sorts either. Close enough to factory finish anyway. Looked at a few shots on the web and from the pictures you can't see much inside the wheel wells anyway. I think I am set. Thanks

    Undercoating - inner fenders

Paint over Por 15 Thought as much about the bolts. Does it matter what kind of paint is used over the Por 15?

    Undercoating - inner fenders

Finally got the '76 Mustang Cobra II I was after:D Own a '65 coupe still but found an abandoned project - complete but all in pieces. The best thing... no rust at all! Even the front window is good. Everything there but the original front spoiler and wheels. Too bad the kid took out the dash and...

One More for our MII class:

That's nice!! I was at a show this past weekend :canada: and saw a MII fully restored, sitting in line with a few Shelby's, ect - the MII is one of the best in my opinion. Re-affirmed why I been trying to get a Cobra II to do the past few years. I like my '65 stang, but need one of those...

Foxbody Master Cylinder swap in a '65??

I was just reading some old posts and saw a comment on using a 1990 foxbody mastercylinder for '65 mustang - "Direct Bolt-In". Is there info/ an article on doing such an animal?? I have never heard of this one.

    4 lug disc brakes?

Yeah, I have seen the kits online but.... I was hoping for the junkyard solution - I was hoping to use rotors with 4 lugs for now, then next time I have to do them (or when I am more $$$$) I can get 5 lug and the factory wheels I like. Instead of it being a $1000 kit, it turns into a $1000...

    4 lug disc brakes?

Hi All, Want to do a disk brake conversion to my '65 - 6 cyl mustang and think budget wise the Granada one would be best. Is there any rotors that would work with this swap so I could keep my 4 lug aftermarket wheels?? I know there are kits out there but budget is important right now...

'68 GT Fastback as Daily Driver

Drive them!! My father-in law has a beatuiful '67 coupe that rarely gets driven, I wouldn't want to own that car as it is too pristine (collector plates and all), unless I could park it in my house. Mine is rough on the edges - but fun. :D I think of mine as my "high school hot rod". What...

Blue Hoses and plug wires for an I6??

Haven't seen them in person - so you could be right on the 'bling factor' of those blue hoses. My theme for now is basically the high school hot rod that I never had - plus it is a good money-wise theme to use anyway while the kids are still young. Low budget = lots of fun. I like the...

Blue Hoses and plug wires for an I6??

Maybe a stupid question - but until I get enough parts catalogs mailed in - where do you find the blue rad hoses (or kits) and blue ford racing wires for a '65 I6 engine?? The only ones I see are for V-8's. Maybe they don't exist. I have to replace a few things pretty quick (plus...

    Misfire above 4000 RPMs.

I'm suddenly having the same problem!! I suspected the plug wires - my question - would this go away at different rpms?? i.e. ok at idle and top speed - but hits (or misses in this case) at about the same rpm (I havew no tach).

I am trying to see the value here.........

I thought maybe at first (I love any Shelby's), then saw the picture without the motor?? Wha??? It got worse after that. Now if I found that in a field for like $25.00 from an old moonshine runner well then the story could get interesting.

    Opinions on this parts car.

I agree with Bullitt66 Off topic but the comment above made me remember my late summer visit to the local Pick Yard. Among all the ricey crap was a decent '68 Cougar. Now I was looking for a 'stang to go vintage racing in but this was cool. It looked like it was partially stripped :( , but...

    Cold weather and aluminum rad??

Want to get a an aluminum radiator - but do not have a heated garage and will be starting up the Mustang from time to time. Anything to worry about weather wise besides having the correct temp mix anti-freeze in??

    M-II front suspension

How about vintage class racing? I am looking for the track car next and want to complete in the vintage class at the local track. Rules are not too strict but I doubt the MII qualifies. What would you track guys suggest - there are so many kits out there that I am confused. Note...
