    The absolute very first thing you should get is a shifter. Makes a world of a difference, especially since you are contemplating gears. Like said above, don't go less than 4.10s. I wish I had gone with 4.30s only 2 weeks after my 4.10s were installed. SHIFTER, GEARS, EXHAUST!!! Good luck. Ray

    Another vote for 4.10s. You'll love them. No more downshifting in 5th gear to pass on the highway. Takes you out of the "drone zone" also :nice:

    Densecharger HELP!!!

    I have one and it's in the down position because there's something in the fenderwell that prevents it from going in a straight smooth position. so, my filter is in the down position also and I don't seem to have any problems.

    Dude, go with the black one with 5K miles and warranty. All of us Cobra owners should keep our cars clean anyway. Also see if you can talk the guy down another $1000 or so. He has nothing to lose and you might get lucky. Sounds like a sweet deal to me. Good luck!

    99 cobra H-pipe, or x-pipe?

    Since you already have a flowmaster catback, I'd go with the MAC Prochamber offroad H pipe. I get compliments all day long with my PC and Flowmasters. I'd vote for the PC. Supposedly X pipes don't sound good with chambered mufflers, but I hear the Dr Gas X pipe with flows sound good as well...
