    modern parking brake classic stang

fox one is the easiest one. I put a 03gt one in (just because I had a wrecked one). I just cut out the floor section and welded it into the 66.

    Workshop Welder

Mig is the way to go... that thing will do EVERYTHING you need it to on a car. I cant think of a single thing that is over 3/16" steel. Heck even then you can do a couple passes and be just fine. If you have the money to upgrade and forsee yourself doing heavier metal projects, a 220v would...

Proper procedure for installing trunk gasket??

Best thing to do is take the deck lid off and flip it over. It is glued on with adhesive. 3m makes a black weatherstripping adhesive that works great. Where the ends meet should be on the bottom of the decklid and not the top. Use some masking tape to hold it down every 6" or so, so it...

    What Fuel Line

3/8" fuel line should be enough. Id recommend a Walbro EFI external pump ($108 shipped on ebay). It comes with 3/8" barb fittings for each end. Again, if you want to be cheap like me, I used a rubber EFI hose from the output of the pump to A 3/8" barb fitting and ran a bypass valve back to the...

    What Fuel Line

how much you wanna spend? :D stainless steel braided line is great stuff but man, it gets expensive with all those fittings. I personally went with an aluminum 3/8" summit hardline and just bent it (very easy to bend by hand). Works great. I was running a Walbro 255 wide open and dead ended...

Well... drove the car down the street and damn exhaust scrapes just driving down the street. Not sure how Im going to fix it for now. I might have to take off the X pipe and drive it up to an exhaust shop and get them to bend something up close to the floors... I need another 3-4" of clearance...

To answer the questions... That is not hydroboost. It is a combo setup. MustangSteve brake pedal assembly, power booster, 99 v6 master cylinder and the hydroboost distribution block. Hydroboost would have been way to tight of a fit to do it. The unit itself is larger and would have been...

I think I got it on ebay from one of the mustang suppliers. I believe it was $35 or so...I bought it 3 years ago. The construction is ok at best. It is cheap ABS plastic that probably should be painted. The fit is pretty good but you have to keep in mind that the old gauges was a set of 5...

To inject, or not to inject.. that is the question...

I dont really see a reason NOT to. Almost every car since the late 70's has been fuel injected and they are all fuel injected. If it were a bad technology, it would have faded away. What kind of motor are you running? If you are running a 302, go with a mass air setup from the 87-93...

Would you want to know about your old car? (Oh yeah...it LIVES!!!)

Well, I finally got the project car running this week. Its been a 3 year project with 90% of the time not working on it due to pure frustration (wiring is a pain). Anyways, I bought this aborted project on ebay and drove up to Chicago and picked it up a few years ago. The guy didnt want to...
