    Rough paint

    Do the clay bar then a paint cleaner, Meguiars makes some good ones. Then use Meguiars #7 polish and then the #26 wax. :nice:

    question about gold class wax

    It's ok to use it -- i do the 9-7-26 treatment once/twice a year and use Gold Class in between to keep the shine up. Works and looks great. Also very easy to apply and buff.

    Will 40 Series Flows sound loud on an AUTOMATIC?

    I have the same car you do, [auto] and the 40's sound great. If you drive light on the gas they aren't to loud but put your foot in it - GREAT SOUND. I love mine. :nice:

    air intake silencer

    Great sound and more air getting to engine, also some tests show about a 5 hp increase and some say no. :shrug:

    Grille Removal

    Gently pull the grille toward you [front of car] the plastic bottom will give and you can get a hand with a wrench down underneth to hold the bolt while you loosen the top. On one off my bottom bolts i had to cut it off. It's a pain but you'll get it.

    2005 Mustang on display

    Very close -- the pic looks better. The wheels weren't as shiney as the pictures are and the color red looked different in person. The pic looks like a deeper color than the real car.

    I saw the 2005GT - it was a red convertable, red interior [just like the concept pics]and from my first impression, they can keep it. Sorry, no pics. They had the hood and trunk closed so i couldn't check that out. I thought it had to much plastic trim, the dash looked plastic and aluminum...

    Gary Yeomans Ford in Daytona Beach has the 2005 Mustang in there showroom through the weekend. They said in the paper they are the only dealer in the country to have the car for display, so if your in the area check it out. I am going by Sunday to see it.

    power windows

    I just had that problem -- took it to Ford and the window had come unglued from the brackets that hold the glass. Had to get a new window and they replaced the glass and reglued it in. Works fine now. Extended warranty is a piece of crap, didn't cover the window but covered the bracket and some...
