    yes, turbo kits are more expensive, but if you look at the power they put down per lb of boost compaired to most of the s/c's these guys are running the turbo will stomp it, especially with the torque. overall, to get to whatever point you want it's gonna cost the same, just some people can't...

    I drive in the snow with mine, although i just killed my last motor doing so. You really just have to learn to overcompensate for everything, take it slow and have patience. Some skill and luck both help also.

    How much did the swap run you? I just got a new motor in my car under warranty, so I'm still a slow 98 looking to possibly upgrade in the future.

    just got my car back, and i'm confirming the appropriate break-in period i guess? 500 miles on the clutch and motor right? then change oil at 1,000. i won't even go above 2,500 rpm till after 1,000 though.
