    Can't find 10 Splined TKO 500 Transmission in stock anywhere!!

    I just saw that. It's about $250 more than the 600. this stuff is gittin' expensive!! Originally I was supposed to be getting a Tremec 3550 for $1199. Now I'm definitely over 1500-1600. Does the X2c modified TKO need the bell housing on a 94 5.0?

    I'm planning on getting a new clutch when I get the tranny. I just don't want to get a tranny, then when I need a clutch, it may be a hard to get item?

    5.0 from 95, does your clutch "chatter" I just went to the spec website and this is what it says about torque capacity: stage 1 - 410 - $199 stage 2 - 520 - $319 stage 3 - 680 - $339

    Good place get a Transmission

    I've found tremec 3550's for about $1500 w bell housing, Tremec 500/600 for around $1559. Most say I should change the clutch and flywheel. So to change a tranny is a $2000 - $2500 job? sheesh!
