    have not worked for a ford dealership in 2 weeks (just quit and went to a cadillac dealership) but yet still have access to the ford service information (im sorry to flaunt but i dont wana give any info out just incase i might get sewed or something... SORRY GUYS)

    well went to the rag strip for the first time today.... horrible, first pass was a 15.8 w/ a .8 rt. 2nd pass was a 15.1 w/ .5 rt... i left after that because i was way too embaressed. damn gitters got the best of me (after the burnout i was shaking)... im a damn noob to the actual track...

    2nd gear problem

    man tranny's are easy to rebuild, simple hand tools and a small piece of rope for the cluster gear... the only special tool is a dummy shaft for the cluster gear so you dont loose the bearings. just make sure you keep the washers in the same way and the same spots

    thats kinda wierd the older 4.3's getting better gas mileage than the newer ones, the older ones had only a single injector with the spider popets, and the newer ones had 6 inj, with spider popets... but that i think probobly goes with how the people took care of their crap
