    320 hp naturally aspirated

I still have that magazine.. and that's 400hp to the crank..not the wheels. You can take a stock 5.0 engine and put it on an engine dyno and get on 250hp..but when you install that same engine in the car it will maybe have 210hp to the wheels.

Take both battery cables off for 30 mins ..then connect them start the car let it idle for two mins the drive it around and see if the problem is better. If it's the same you may have a fuel problem ..also you may want to check codes if this does not work.

    5.0 stops lopeing

The may be the is engine running lean causing a misfire at part throttle but it gets richer with more throttle or you may be running lean from a vacuum leak. Also it could be a bad TFI module causing a misfire. Did you change out the TFI?

    Low Idle, Throttle kills it

When you did the work did you just remove the neg battery cable or both? Try removing both cables for 30mins then connect them start your car and let it idle for a few mins then drive for 10/15 miles. If this does not work ..time to check code and wiring plus vacuum hoses.
