    99's are my favorite year cobra. I would buy it, just make sure it's had all the fixes done to it, and it hasnt been molested. Enjoy it.

    I agree- I think the reason the car is selling for so low is that they are trying to get some chump to bite at it on a impulse, so they don't have to fix all the busted stuff with it. Stay away from it man ;) Wait it out a few months and pick up a sweet 03 after the 05's hit the stores

    I agree with everything said sofar. If you're willing to spend an hour or so combing your local Yellow pages for trans shops, you can easily save a grand over what the freaking dealer charges. Never take the dealer cost estimate as verbatim. Dealers are allwasy the MOST expensive way to get it...

    I agree- a shifter is THE FIRST mod anyone should make to their stangs. It makes such a huge difference- it doesnt even feel like the same car afterwards. GET ONE!! hehe Pro 5.0 or Tri Ax, you can't go wrong with either!

    AFAIK, I think they used T5's on the early 4.6 GT's. Like from 96-98.. I could be wrong though. I would prefer the T5 or T45 over the T3650 anyday though

    Nice job- hope it wasnt on a public road ;) Anyway, the biggest gain was prolly from your gears. I think if the 4v had gears as well it mighta been different. Suprising to see how much a difference just gear ratios can make. Lets see some pics :)

    Hey that actually looks good- I hate it when ppl paint the entire interior- looks like crap, but i like how you painted only certain trim peices, then set it off with bona fide CF. Looks good man. Paint them needlez red tho :)
