How much can I sell her for?

My apologies if you are driving responsibly, but it sounded a little less clear to me in your original post. With that being said, I do not envy your predicament, but if you put that time and effort into your car, I say keep it and store it, if you sell it now and then move out in a couple of...

How much can I sell her for?

It says in his very first post that the neighbors have video footage of him doing burnouts...

How much can I sell her for?

Well put DB. Rather than playing the victim here, why not accept responsibility for your actions, apologize for driving like an a$$, learn that it is just an unacceptable way to drive, and don't let it happen again. If you are doing burnouts in a residential area, I too would have a HUGE...

    Need help quick: Clutch stuff

How much top play do you have in your clutch pedal before the clutch engages when depressed? About an 1 1/4 inch is as much as you want. I am wondering if there is maybe too much top play and the clutch needs to be adjusted, causing it to be "sloppy" (sorry for the bad term).

    New plans for my fastback

I know the body of my car is all original, rust free, etc. but after following Hop's project, I think I have decided to restomod my car. I am going to put in the Eleanor body kit, only I am going to use the original Shelby fiberglass hood and paint it black with gold stripes, much like a Hertz...

    Tube Chassis for 68

Drag, but I guess it was misleading to state that it would be a race car, more of a weekend drag car that we are going to build for the fun of it and experience. Would a tube chassis be street driveable? Thanks again. Since I have the car and it is in the process of being stripped, rather...

    Tube Chassis for 68

My buddy and I have this idea of building a race car out of my 68 coupe rather than crushing it once stripped. Since the torque boxes etc. are shot, we were thinking of going to a tube chassis, much like racin'jason did with his. Does anyone have any pics of this to give us an idea of how to...

4 Spd Toploader Stuck in 2nd gear???

On your first/second shifter linkage, the tab probably is locked as mentioned previously. You will probably have to remove the linkage and get the tab off of the cam. It could be simply that the nut holding the linkage tab onto the cam is not tight and therefore it slipped. Good luck.

I Need A Parking Brake Picture F/67 Stang

It is a little tough to see in this picture, but it mounts under the dash below the light switch. It is the lever with a black handle on it. Here is a picture with it circled...

    The SD plege

Please don't let it rattle you SD, your opinion is your opinion and you are free to express it here as much as anyone else, if not more since you are one of the most longstanding stangnetters with unprecedented credibility...

    Cutting Dash For Good Radio

I can't believe that people can get so upset from someone else's opinion on dash cutting...TOM B was the original poster and he was neither upset nor altered in his decision to cut his dash. So what if SD has an opinion different from others, this forum is as mentioned previously, an...

    390FE opinions/experiences

They are a very reliable motor with plenty of torque. The fuel consumption obviously isn't great, I get about 12-14 in the city and around 19-20 on the highway. If they are in a truck's engine compartment, they will be quite easy to work on too. I love my FE, I think it is a great motor...

    Winter Projects/Upgrades/Mods?

What projects does everyone have going on this winter? I currently have a manual to power steering conversion on the Fastback. I ripped off the unit from our 68 parts coupe and started cleaning it up. I am also redoing the brake lines, and installing a 3.25 posi rear end. Spring plans are to...
