    Don't know about you carb adapter. But on the tranny end of the Lokar setup you can ditch the factory attachment (rusty thing) then the lokar lever replaces it and you bring the cable around the back so and the bracket bolts to the 2nd pan bolt from the bracket.

    As already posted, a lot of what you are describing can be attributed to improper TV Cable adjustment. AODs live and die by that setting. What are you using for a cable?

    Use a piece of heater hose. Put it over the bulb and use that to twist it.

    In general the concerns are with the lugs snapping / sheering off between the additional surfaces/breakpoints and not with the spacers. My point is that you can get them in the correct spacings so there's no need to bolt on another potential problem/issue... that's all. :)

    I'm working on this combo with the JBAs too. They also sell an H-Pipe, I'm waiting to see if this works too.

    You can buy these wheels with the correct backspacing so none of these adapters/spacers are needed. Once you factor in the additional cost/work of adapters it's a scratch and you should just get the correct wheels. Another thing I would caution on is that the basics should always be handled...

    So i need a higher amp alternator...3g conversion?

    I'm a couple days away from listing a Ford 140amp chrome Powermaster 1 wire alternator on eBay. It's a direct bolt in and you just run 1 heavy wire off the lug on the back to the solenoid, pretty simple. I changed my bracket setup so it no longer worked. Let me know if you are interested...
