    Ya nitrous's idea is a good one, Also be careful when putting the hoses on the fittings to the heater core, the fittings and top of the heater core are not very strong, maybe a little silicon lube on the fitting will help it slide over easy, the reason i say this is i just replaced the heater...

    like oz said this is meant to be adjusted from time to time, it isnt a fix, it is a "adjustment" if it infact needs adjusting it will help out alot with the play up front... oz please explain that method of adjusting it.... I removed mine from my pickup and adjusted it on the work bench...

    Its just a foam spacer, not to hard to replace if and when it does wear out, hell get some denser foam and put it in there if you like... if its such a big deal wire the horn up to a momentary switch on the dash somewhere.. -gbm-
