I had 2 of those damn MSD boxes die on me, haven't had a problem since goin to the crane hi-6 but now they went out of business so if this thing ever goes bad its time to look for another reliable box
there should be a port on your vacuum tree that is capped off and says b/r right over it, which I always figured was perfectly marked for boost reference
most likely you're goin to need a new flywheel or flexplate depending on if it's stick or auto. I did that with mine and cured my grinding noise and not starting issues
I've never had a problem with just using motor oil on the bolts and I've had the heads off a bunch of times, never got a milkshake in the pan from not using sealer
4.10s are great, I just don't recommend them for most people in case they're going on the highway all the time. I didn't have a problem with 4.10s in my last car but that's just me
have you ever changed the fuel filter? that would definately cause the car to nose over at wide open throttle if its not flowing what it should, happened with my car.
there is a schraeder valve on the passneger side on the fuel rail, just follow them down and you can't miss it, there will be a cap on it that after you remove it the schraeder looks like a tire valve stem
just start takin the dash out now, not even worth playin with the snake oil people pour in thinking its going to seal all their problems. a heater core is cheap, you can get one around 50 bucks and its an easy job, just alot of crap to move from the dash
either have a meter calibrated for 24s and basically trick the computer into running them, or you could have it tuned for it, or do it yourself with something like the tweecer or quarterhorse .
