    Steam cleaner and some heavy cleaner may be better,it will cut anything off but solid paint and rust.

    That "reddish" stuff is primer,most of these cars had very little undercoating but lots of seam sealer.

    Fuel Cell or Stock Tank

    I used one of the aluninum Jegs cells with sender and I did just that and cut the top off the stock tank and used it for the "floor". From the rear the car looks stock.

    Any rear disc will stop better than drums. Rotors are thicker than drums so yes they will move the wheels out but very little.

    I have Steves brackets but I have 18" wheels......they hit the upper control arm. Other than that they fit PERFECT and with rear disc to the car stops on a dime.

    One new trunk drop off has very light surface rust on part of it. $10.00 + shipping Driver side,out side front frame rail patch with bumper bolt inserts 23" long,has surface rust over most of it. $5.00 + shipping. PM if interested.

    REAR MAIN LEAK

    All depends if the breather is doing its job,new engine could have a little more base pressure. The little spring could have popped off the inside of the seal.

    The car itself...not really but I would start to question the quality of the restoration of so expensive car. That goes along with everthing I have been saying.Adding repo parts to build a car does not make the car a repo. If you build one of the repo cars it is NOT a Mustang it will just LOOK...

    REAR MAIN LEAK

    Make sure the PCV hose is hooked up and not sucked together.
