    I would say build a good foundation, and by that i mean a HCI swap. Plus if you do that, you should have some money left over, and i would go with a custom cam.

    I don't know anything about the quality except what i hear, which is mixed at best. However as far as i know they are basically just a refinished stock block. In other words it will still break at the same power levels, not any stronger than a stock block.

    Make sure you throttle position sensor is working correctly to fix you idle, also you might want to go with some 30lb injectors for that 347 and a bigger fuel pump, at the very least 190lph, but i would suggest 255lph.
