    5.0 head and cam combinations????

    I was think of doing the Anderson Ford Motor Sports top end kit that Dynoed 321RWHP thats pretty good for a top end kit and Anderson is know for having very good off the shelf Cams. I would lean toward TFS on the heads I just dont like the look of their Intake manifolds...

    anyone ever heard of Pypes?

    I have the Pypes O/R X pipe with a Mac cat back startes to sound pretty good when you hit about 2500 rpms. I did have a few issues thou the passenger side o2 bung was off so had to have it welded up and moved to get the o2 in and it dosent come with hangers so you may have some clearance...

    Man I was able to get a new IAV and plate NEW FOR 61.00, WOW thats pricey for just the plate.

    Stock 89 Auto wont burn out is that normal?

    pretty much the norm for an auto with stock gears. I have a 91lx with cai, catback and o/r x and it gets very little rubber with the stock gears.

    Sub-frame connectors

    I bought a set of cheat ones like 49.99 and with just bolting them up I noticed a big diffrence and today had them welded in when I got my O/R X pipe installed and it is night and day from when the car didnt have them at all, Must buy even the cheap ones work well.

    Which intake is better?

    Fast fords did a write up on this and and said the Typhoon needs to be gasket matched pretty bad as the ports are kinda messy but if you do gasket match the Typhoon it will out flow a Ported Cobra intake. here is that link so you can read what they say...

    our '92 5.0L Mustang had been running consistent 12.2 ET's at 113 mph with the ported Cobra intake. With the new Typhoon intake bolted up the car ran several 12.1X ET's in similar weather. While the gains are not overwhelming, they are positive. Here is the link to that...
