    Best way to wire alarm - solder or splices?

    for the ones that you do crimp, only use the one end of the splice. wrap the wires around each other, insert, then crimp. this is almost certain for a good connection.

    trickflow also sells a package they says makes 350hp/370ft.lbs on a 306. so with that combo and supporting bolt ons it should be no problem. after you get that on there, spray the hell out it. should be all the power you need.

    depending on the type of driving you do the B cam may be better. most of the numbers i have seen the E cam peaks more but the B cam provides better curves, therefore more useful for street performance. this is not gospel, just the normal outcome.

    if i am not mistaken they are $600. for someone that is planning to stay with that type of setup i think they sound great. but if you plan to upgrade to TFS in the future you might as well wait. there is only about $400 difference between the sets of heads.

    you can spray with hyper pistons. a friend ran a 100 shot for two years and has been running a 150 shot for over a year now. all this on a 93 which is stock hypers. are your pistons bad, you may be able to just re-ring.
