    you need to have your cooling system pressure tested to make sure it doesn't have a small leak somewhere,heater core,hoses,etc.also you could have a cracked block where the headbolts go in.my engine would run for 3 or 4 days and not lose a drop of coolant,then it would overheat like crazy.no...

    how much oil pressure are you running?i had a similar problem with a 304 jeep engine i had built years back.my motor would eat up a dis. and cam gear in about 1k miles.i had a new edelbrock cam,it didn't matter because the cam gear bolts to the cam.i had plenty of oul pressure,apparently too...

    hissin's right.it's easier to just get a reman. dis. assembly and put it back in.it'll save alot of time and you'll probably not be saving that much money anyway.

    i seriously doubt that the resistor is bad.the egr valve is a good canidate.dodge neons would have spark knock,valve rattle very badly when the egr valves go out in them.i would take the egr valve off and make a block off plate and try it.you could have a jumped timing chain or the dist.shaft...

    i had a borgwarner super duty tranny i put in my old 72 nova and you coud powershift it all day long,i tried that in my 88 t-5 and it hasn't shifted to 3rd right since then.

    front sqeaks when i turn?

    it's probably your outertierod.they don't have grease fittings in them and they get dry and squeak.you can get a friend to help and get under the car and turn the wheel left to right and see if you can hear the squeaking.the tie rods can be tight with no play and still squeak.

    try cracking the bleeder valve open.if the brakes free up then you could have a bad brake hose.you could also have a bad caliper or stuck caliper slides.

    5spd,the only time my lights get dim is at night with lights on,heater and e-fan running at the same time at idle.i don't have a/c or a killer stereo so that may help me a little plus i don't have fog lights.

    i have a friend who had them on his 72 nova with 2" exhaust and sounded like a wood truck.his car actually sounded quieter when he changed it to a torque tech 3" kit with 2 chamber flows.

    Alignment issue. Aligned and still pulls HELP

    jb66 is right,it sounds like a tire has started to separate.we run into this even on new or fairly new tires at our shop.
