Good plan. Depends on how into this you want to get. The passenger side removal can be a little drastic. Perhaps removing the 7,000 miles of electronics would work. hahahha just kidding.... Stock WD is something like 53/47 if I recall. So, stock weight 3483(ish) - 1845 front/1637 back...

Well we both know that all the power and torque in the world won't do crap for ya' if you can't lay it on the ground. what you have listed in your sig should do well with controlling launch and shift dynamics. Now if you can hook it and stay focused you should be right there with Mr. ScottM...

    2005 Mustang Dead Battery Problem??

I always like seeing new members using the search function for topics and then replying - THANK YOU. Good subject to bring back up. Many owners with the Shaker systems have found them to be a PITA; however, some have not had a problem at all. One interesting item to note is the OFF button on...

:rlaugh:  :rlaugh: It's all good. If you got a .011 60 foot you had better be in something with the platform of say a F-117.

    CARB CAI's

If I were to expend the money I would personally go with the K&N. But that is my personal preference. Get what you are comfortable with. I prefer K&N as a mfg. of intake systems - always have, that is just my personal preference. I do not believe that the cost for a CAI is worth the gains...

    weird noise

I seriously doubt it is knocking or pinging since these engines have a knock sensor which communicates with the ECU and when detonation issues are encountered the ignition timing is retarded, reducing the knocking and protecting the engine. Any driveability issues when you hear this sound...

That is James Bond V12 Vanquish Awesome Guys. :hail2: I am having this vision of a Stangnet competition of who can conceal their keyless entry pad in the most obscure location.

Sounds like you have done your research and I respect that. When considering N2O injection, there is more than one way to accomplish the goal. So long as you are aware of the pros and cons to each (and I believe you are, my friend) then all is good in the modification world. Yes, high...

Most the research I have done on them shows 6 - 10 at most. I would think that there is a mild performance gain, but the largest aspect to consider is the mechanics of the design. Since the delete plates remove the butterfly shaft design there is less of a statistical probability that...

    Tidy Up Engine Bay Wiring

Took me a while to find. But, yeah, here are a couple more. I believe that the color wire loom is acceptable so long as it does not stand out more than rest of the engine compartment. :rlaugh: A little more dirty than before. It was November last year. The color loom all started when I...

    Need Some Help

No worries. Moved the original thread for you from Gt Tech to Talk and will merge this into the original thread. :) Looks like a nice 6 cyl you are looking at BTW. Price is actually inline for that area. Private party would be around $13,500, it's probably just one of their internet sales...

EPA is out to get you....

Wrong forum Daggs. The diabolical plan started in the "Hammock". In any event it is far too late, Sport. :rlaugh: We are breaking loose en mass and infiltrating all over the nation. OUR "California Exodus Plan" is far superior to your diabolical plan and includes forcing evil...

    Is it possible?

Stolen from a gentleman that has made an aftermarket conversion kit. Hope he doesn't mind. :p "The GT Grille can be fit into the V6 bumper cover. You will need to unhook the bumper cover on both sides of the grille. Remove the V6 grille, starting at the top clips and working your way down...

    Tidy Up Engine Bay Wiring

I know your battle. On my V-6 I tried to integrate some of the run lengths after shielding them separately and then rerouting them and wrapping them in the red wrap. :D Not the best picture, but tidier than stock. :nice: (P.S. ignore the MustangSource logo on the pic. After my laptop...

    Mains?

Wow 41 views on this and no response. Well all I can contribute is that we know it is either 6 (Romeo plant built) or 8 (Windsor plan built), so if the 3v is primarily produced at the the Romeo plant I would venture to guess it has 6 mains - 2+2 and 2 jacks. I would think contacting ARP would...
