    How do you figure that it's only $20. THe spec. oil is synthetic for the GT. It's gott be a $40 oil and filter change.

    Help me out here with the technique. Can I assume a 5sp manual? What shift points did you use? Did out trap in 3rd gear or 4th? What RPM clutch drop speed? Did you powershift?

    In fact , the 05 GT owners manual specifically states DO NOT USE HIGHER OCTANE FUEL since it can cause drivability problems.

    The headlights on th GT are very good. Lighting becomes excellent with the fogs on, or the high beams.

    Don't go with the 0-40 oil . Ford explicitly specifies 5-20 - synthetic.

    Are you talking about the manual tranny? I note inthe 05 owners manual that you will damage the trans if you shift into 1st gear at greater than 15 mph. What gives? PS I got my 05 GT premium loaded except for shalker 1000, with taxes etc for $28,800.

    You've got a great eye. I also noted that the colors not look right, but at first I though it was my computer screen drivers that were causing the problem.
