    This should be in tech but yes there is harm in it. A bypass valve works under vacuum and boost. Boost keeps it shut, vacuum keeps it open. At all times but under boost it will be open so it will be sucking in unmetered air and run very rich. Plumb it back into the powerpipe, that is the correct...

    Get a 255 intank should be fine with just that.Maybe 350 at the wheels depending on the tranny. Whats the part number on the fel-pros that will help.

    4:10 and torque boxes

    Ok, just get battle boxes and put them in weld all seams when you do it. You do NOT want to have to fix them after they are torn. Its is not fun. People pulling hard 60's without touching them is just stupid.
