Maybe this isn't the place to ask (Stangnet) but since there is not much traffic here for the V-6er's where is a place to go that there would be?

    New 07

As I mentioned in another post I wanted a fun DD and have been test driving the S197's since the first ones came out, V-6's, GT's, Verts, etc. and I decided on the 2007 V-6 Deluxe for what I consider to be the best Car available for the investment made to perform that duty for me. Anybody...

    Posers?

My opinion, if you are happy with it, then who cares what anyone else thinks. I do know it's a good feeling to get approval about your Mustang from your peers though, so I'm with the majority, as long as the badges aren't used then no poser status should be applied.

Ok, where does the V-6er's hang out for other than tech info??? I just purchased an '07 base V-6 and am wondering where to go for the non-tech V-6 stuff. I wanted a fun DD and have been test driving the S197's since the first ones came out, V-6's, GT's, Verts, etc. and I decided on the V-6...

    Need opinions ASAP PLEASE!!!

Did you leave your stock rear bar on with the Steeda? If so, you can remove the stocker and that will tighten up the rear some and possibly induce some understeer.

Need specs to a new Battery

Hummm, that's odd becuase the Redtop I just bought has an 84 month warranty, 3 year 100% replacement, then the rest pro-rated. 67boo2, after whatever battey you decide on you may consider getting a BatteryMINDer to help keep it up. I have been using them for years and except for the...

    I knew nothing of this.....

I don't know about before your time but Scott Hoag has had one himself for a long while that has been proven to do well. The suspension set-up (springs and shocks) I installed on my car are the same as what he uses on those cars. The Stangnet one I am not so sure about how long it's been...

    Mach 1 1968 Mach 1 Concept

Ahh, port hole windows may have been cool on the T-bird, but that don't get it there, the mirrors are useless, emblem placement not right and . . . well, all and all I'm glad it didn't happen like that concept. The way the Mach1 did come to production was very nice though. :nice:

    Mach 1 All about tires

My stock tires still look like new, oh wait, no wonder, I took them off at a 1000 miles! :D :D Where I live I don't need an all season tire like you may in your area so I can't give you any suggestions for all-season tires, but a similar post to Ernad's is this link from Tire Rack comparing...

    Mach 1 F$%^ed tr3650 tranny

It can't hurt to give it a shot, I'd run a copy of the TSB and possibly take it to another Dealer if you can. :nice:

    03/04 Mach 1 vs. 05/06/07 GT - mechanical differences?

When you find the Mach1 you want, get the Oaisis Report from the Service Department, it will tell you if the TSB has been done on it or not. Also as I noted in another thread, you may find one of the MANY that do not have the issue with the tranny.

    Mach 1 F$%^ed tr3650 tranny

Yea, I hear ya, it's not only the Machs either, the GTs or any of the Mustangs with the 3650s could have a problem. But as mentioned, some don't have the problem, as a matter of fact a lot more don't have the problem than do. My friend with an '05 had a tranny problem just like the old ones...
