    i would put it on stock timing settings 10*, change the thermostat, if you have to idle it up with the idle set screw a little(not the one that opens the tb blade) so to ensure it is getting enough airflow at idle.... even if it idles high a little while it should allow the computer to adjust to...

    everything could've been starting to wear in, or after 20 miles you may have spun it a little higher than you had before. just cause it didn't as soon as you started it doesn't mean that's not what it is..... and i agree with eades, i wouldn't run it anymore you are only gonna cost...

    easiest possible way is to have around a 36" extension, and a 15mm ball socket, and hit it once with an impact... a wratchet wrench works as well. jason
