    +1 unfortunately he is correct. You would have to go aftermarket for 3.73s in the automatic. I think all stangs should come standard with 3.73s.

    Just went to Fords site and looked at the specs. Looks like no V8s for the new Explorer. It gets a 3.5L 290hp @ 6500RPM, 255tq @4000 and a 2.0L EcoBoost I4 with 237hp @ 5500rpm and 250tq @ 1750-4000rpm. That I4 is impressive so my question is what would be the point of the 3.5L if it only makes...

    I don't think a CAI and tune would void the warranty. Also I think if you have Ford install the gears it will not void the warranty.
