    That's what I meant to say with the following FYI: MustangSteve had a set of bullet wheels narrowed from 8 to 7", so that they fit without a spacer (or maybe a thin one) with no rubbing and reported a noticable improvement insteering feel and effort. The wheels now have a 4.65" backspace.
