    Had the same deal. My choices come down to accufab and fpa. Both sound like great headers. Expensive but I think worth it. Call both companies and talk to them. Then just make your own decision. It comes down to many things. Dart heads, do they have the narrow or wide bolt pattern??

    Yep, fender has to come off. But it really is pretty easy. Windshield is still there. Although I just taped and masked it all off when I painted everything.

    That is what I did also. Just used a 4 1/2 angle grinder with a cut off wheel. Cut the the top off so you can get in there good, welded in a metal piece. Seam sealed the crap out of everything and just welded the part I cut off, back on. Then seam sealed that. Worked great. One thing I did...

    Yep, I agree. I went to a couple different napa stores. They did it for me. Also if you have any tractor supply companies, or diesel semi repair shops?? Check them. They cut them to my length, crimped, soldered, and shrink wrapped them for me. turned out nice.
