    Oops sorry, I ment too THICK:bang: I at times cant talk think and type at the same time, I got my pushrods from Pro Power in the Ft. Lauderdale area when I lived in Florida,they set me back around 120.00.

    I also had to go with longer pushrods as I noticed a bit of clatter after about a week after install, I purchased a Crane adjustable and found that they were a bit short and ordered 6.300s. I think the base circle on the cam is a little smaller or the head gaskets(fel pro) were a bit thin:shrug:

    Check that, I ran a code check and no codes came up and I glanced at the fuel pressure regulator and of course the vacuum line came off the vac tee. I hate Mondays.:bang:

    When the car sits overnight or any long period of time it will act as if its loading up on gas, and smells like gas, this just started after I changed the intake gasket, Ive cleaned the MAF, Air temp sensor,changed the injector o- rings and plastic hats, O2 sensors are a year old, BBK regulater...

    LOL good point, I would leave it alone, its tucked pretty much out of the way, I forgot to plug the connector on mine back in while messing around and it threw a code.

    Add 1.7rr to my combo..is it worth it?

    I recall reading some dyno #s in a 5.0 mag. and it was like 5-7 hp over the 1:6s. If I had to do my bolt ons over again I would have spent the 180.00 I paid for the 1:7 cobras on something else. Not to mention 1:7s limit your cam selection.

    coolant leak... please help

    I just changed the intake manifold gasket it was leaking on the drivers side and it would leave a small puddle on top of the water pump, the gasket just pushed out, :shrug: if you could get your hands on a pressure tester it'd be easier to find.Good luck.

    Thats a good idea, take it to a shop that does alignments, most offer a cheap price to get you in the door like 29.95 or so and you can bet they'll be looking for bad parts.

    Speaking of "rice" exhaust, some guy came into the shop today in a Mistu Galant and brought in a piece of angle iron and 2 double outlet chrome tips, he wanted the tips welded to the angle iron and the thing welded to the frame,LOL.. it looked like a hitch with 2 tips. :rlaugh:

    Typhoon Lower/Edelbrock upper?

    Yeah it sure will, I took off the Typhoon upper and put on the Performer upper lat year and it fit with no problems. The vacuum ports on the Performer are a bit more difficult to get at compared to the Typhoon/Rpm upper and the one bolt you have to tighten with a wrench thru the cover.
