    I have a similar problem, barely noticable, but after I noticed it, I've noticed other stangs have similar problems. Car fax on my car show no accidents, 3rd owner, nothing that I could see underneath,:shrug: Guess I'll look into bushings, but the problem is kinda annoying.

    Any of those combos w/the novi should give you over 400rwhp w/a tune easily. I would go for the 331, more cube's, I would rethink your block choice though, w/a novi 2000, and more cubes w/good heads and cam, I would think you're gonna push the limits of the stock block.

    After owning both an aod (87gt) and the 5 spd in the 95, I would recommend either swapping out your auto for a stick, or get a stall, shift kit, and 4.10's, or 3.73 if its a daily driver. For the intake, you could also try to get a used cobra , even new cobra's aren't that expensive, and pulleys.

    If you still have the stock airbox, its in the black airbox that goes from your throttle body on the passenger side.

    I would chk for codes, do a tune up (plugs , wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter,) and maybe try cleaning the maf as well.

    If you think the maf is bad, you can have a shop read the voltage at idle and see, mine was really low, .4 something at idle, my car had horrid driveability problems. Or if you have access to a snap on scanner or the ford star tester, those should be able to read the voltage.

    Cobra intakes are pretty cheap, especially if you look for a used one. It will be considerably better than stock, and will match other combos better over the ported stocker if you ever upgrade from ported e7's.
