    if you want to speed shift without lifting a synchronised tranny will not last. Now if you are serious about driving like this and the car is not a daily driver. call g-force long shifters and get a dog ring tranny (just a modified t-5) it will do what you want. Chris

    they both run great. Ihave had both of them on willowspringsraceway and they kick A$$. althought the vert is built for cruisin (street stuff) will be taking the fastback to buttonwillow raceway on the 29th of dec. So did you get that motor in yet??? Chris

    well it went well as expected the 347 put down 384.3 rwhp and 355max torque the 408 put down 405rwhp and 403max torque. hav vie also on youtube I think the dyno was a STP (superflow?) chris

    Carl Vogt at cobra automotive told me that the t-bird spindles will not work due to geometry issues, thats why none of the trans am teams used them.

    I would definatly go with an x pipe 2.5" pipe and a set of these. I have the 14" ers on my 65 with 3" piping and boom tubes sound clip http://youtube.com/watch?v=006ZsymKgR4 you could get away with 3" pipe but it would be a bit louder the cleveland likes exhaust flow! chris

    yes all the info is in the b0ss 302 chasis modification book. the spindles are the easy part. Its the caliper brackets that are the "non factory" part making them somthing that is a hard find. If you guys get a group buy on the brackets count me in. chris

    went to the yard last tues and saw 2 very clean/complete fox body stangs 1 vert and one hatch. I got a stock radio out of the vert both were unmodified. I really need to start taking a camera to get pics to post

    can you clean up hazy headlights?

    I just did a set recently. I started by grinding off those pesky nipples. then started with 600 grit sand paper and ended with 2000 (all wet of course) then used a polisher with rubbing compound and finished with polishing compound. they look 100 times better
