    It can be tuned to pass. You will have to get a tweecer or some kind of chip that can toggle tunes. On a 96+ they run the comp and on 95 older they put it on rollers and run the car. Have you checked out www.austinareastangs.com yet?

    A buddy of mine will prep, paint, wet sand, polish my car for $500. I just need to supply the paint and he will spray a mystic if i get the paint. I want to try finding something that will go from a white to a yellow or blue. Or a nice pearl white.
