    I would take your IAC off and give it a real good cleaning, make sure you don't press on the part the moves inside of their, I think it is called the pintle. You could mess it up if you push on that, just make sure that is clean. And double check your tps voltage. At idle or 0% throttle it...

    The disappearing coolant trick!

    Cheack your oil. If it smells like coolant than you found were it is going. Then you have to fiqure out why it is going. Go ahead and do a compression test to make sure your head gaskets are ok. You said they are new but that doesn't mean anything. Just check it
