    if your talking about something where you don't slow down when you let off the gas, then HELL NO, unless you press the clutch in. with a standard your transmission and engine are DIRECTLY connected. automatics can spin freely thus allowing coasting. 5th is the over drive gear.

    nope same rods and crank. ok, ok, not all of them are the same, anything before 91 is the same, although supposedly the last version of the blocks, have a fairly thin cylinder wall on one of the cylinders. not sure what years, something like the E8 castings I believe.

    you know theres a bazillion hoods scoops that you can put on your stock hood. if you cut up an SVO for the scoop, you are a truly bad man. plus the scoop is part of the hood, and molded in, its not something that is just stuck on. its actually part of the hood.

    WHY?? Money DOES NOT buy brains. Raw power is a bad term when describing a civic. They are just really light, it doesn't take but like 200whp,some traction, and a good driver to make them run 13's.

    they didn't so much remove the electronics. just used a hacksaw to cut all of the metal of the MAF off except for the bits right around where the electronics attached to the body of the MAF.

    no they cut the metal body of the MAF up, Basically they cut everything off except the electronics, and then mounted it on there intake pipe.

    I pulled a 19.816 @70.26 mph with my convertible automatic 93 with the homemade intake (2hp). dam that thing is slow.
