    I would absolutely got to court. What state are you in? Your safest bet is to plea for a lesser charge that does not carry points, as they are what will hurt you in the long run.

    I was just researching on Mishimoto's website, it looks like they offer a one year no questions asked warranty, why don't you contact them and let them know what the problem is that is causing the damage? Perhaps they will adjust the design accordingly.

    I'm in the market for a new rad as well, that Mishimoto piece looks nice and the price isn't bad either. I will have to check them out.
