plain old mufflers wont sound any good. Get some good name brand ones like Flowmaster, Magnaflow, Dynomax. If you buy cheap mufflers they are going to sound cheap too. I got tri-ys with Flowmasters american thunder 2.5" with h-pipe to flowmaster deltaflow 40s. Sounds fricken amazing and i only...

Ya I thought the shroud was really skinny too, but it's supposed to help a lot. Does your fan stick half in/half out of the shroud? I need a spacer because mine doesnt stick in far enough. I had to do some cutting on the bottom part of the shroud so my fan wouldnt hit it.

What should my engine temp and oil pressure be?

No, when my grandpa was over i was showing him my fan and he grabbed it and it moved back and forth a little bit. So when the engine is running the fan wobbled back and forth just enough to keep hitting the shroud. So I needed a new clutch anyways and now I need to get a spacer for it.

    How to install a glovebox?

So I finally bought a glovebox for her. I see it won't fit through the front of the opening or through the rear. Do I have to remove the heater core to get the glovebox in? Kinda seems like a pain in the butt to just install a glovebox. Is it hard to remove the heater core? I have the lines...

What should my engine temp and oil pressure be?

Ok I got a new clutch today and it is a lot bigger than my old one and the shaft is shorter so i'm in need of a spacer. But I got the shroud not to rub anymore! Now to see if this helps, it's worth a try. I'll post pics later.

What should my engine temp and oil pressure be?

My Gramps kept saying that they dip it in acid to clean out all the crap in the cores. They must do something else to the cores to make them like new, hence "recored" If I get a new radiator, would a stock 3 core work fine from NPD? So I dont have to cut new holes or move my battery to...

What should my engine temp and oil pressure be?

Ok ok, If this shroud doesnt help any I am taking my car to a radiator shop that my grandpa recommended. He had them recore his 4 core radiator for his 69 Vette. I'll have them check her out since they deal with this stuff everyday. Do you think it'd be cheaper to get a recore or get a new stock...

What should my engine temp and oil pressure be?

Well now I'm having troubles installing the fan shroud. My fan hits on the bottom of the shroud. There is plenty of space on the top of the shroud to the fan but there is no space between the bottom of the shroud and the fan. What gives? The bolt holes on the shroud and brackets are elongated...

What should my engine temp and oil pressure be?

Well I just got the fan shroud today. I am going to install it now. The temp gauge is brand new, its a summit brand gauge. Is there such thing as the temp sensor being too close to the bottom of the intake manifold or being to close to something to make it read hotter than it really is? Thanks...
