    When I bought the car it the PO said it was rebuilt and bored .030 over. I havent checked to make sure he was telling the truth. I forget how many miles are on the rebuild.     chelle, the reason that girl installed the inertia reel in the floorboard was that it needs to be level. When a vehicle comes to a stop, something about the inertia reel becomes unlevel causing the belt to stop coming out automatically. Or something along those lines. Just a FYI
