    One of these days I will take new pics of my car. Tommorrow its getting dyno tuned, hope it makes good numbers. Maybe one day I will get a light bar to, sometimes I think im the only vert owner who doenst have one.

    Dipstick tube problems

    You need to unbolt one motor mount and jack the engine up a bit, also you need like two people really, best way is to slightly keep bending the tube till you get it in there, its a PITA man I know it. Easiest way to avoid the frustration is to get a flexible dickstick tube though.

    Ive spent alot of passenger side seat time in my friends sti, other friends wrx, and another friends wrx wagon. I am very impressed with the sti, it corners ridilclously well, and when you can launch when its pouring outside on almost bald tires and it still hooks up with no spin, well its nuts...

    PI headswap first start....BIG PROBLEM HELP!!

    If they were used heads they should be in there, usually only the heads new don't have the plugs. Your valve cover gasket might not be sealed on the head at the back and oil is just coming out there. Crawl under the car and take a look, its pretty easy to see the back of the heads from down there.

All you will have have left is the block pretty much, you don't neccisarly need to set the timing when you remove the stuff. After you pull everything off you can actually see where the pistons...

    Cams and Gears

    I'm still running the stock gear ratio in my car, I will upgrade but havent had a chance yet. It seems fine, its pretty obvious where the power band is in the car, but daily driving is just fine with stock ratio and those cams.

    How many valve cover bolt holes are on top of the heads? Off the top of my head, they are 13 per head for windsor. You are probably better off with romeo heads anyway, the lil windsor valve cover gromet bolts are $4 a pop. You can easily tell what cam goes where when you get your stock stuff...

    Making the Stang handle better

    I bought the starter box and panhard bar at the same time I belive I spent $1500, the car handles completly different. I put in the springs/struts etc in first, drove it around like that for a few weeks, then I put the panhad bar in and it was a big time difference in the feeling of the rear.

    I almost did the same thing as you, but I realized that I forgot to put it on after I put in like 3 or for 4 bolts. So I pull it off put that trigger wheel back on, bolt the power steering pump in, then I realize oh great I forgot to put in the timing cover bolt that is behind the power steering...
