    i wasnt trying to act smart or anything...sorry if i came off sounding like...whatever... some people dont realize how important they are so i was just trying to explain what may happen without one. i dont have one, but i am getting one before i start racing again in october.

    you should really install that even if you dont have an al. driveshaft. imagine you are going down the quarter mile and you shift and snap that front yoke. your car then catapults itself down the rest of the track.... just something to think about

    CAM swap in a stock GT

    if any of you are considering this, i would only consider the vt cams, because quite a few people have had piston to valve clearance issues with anything higher than the comp 268s i am going for vt stage 2s and comp springs.

    i thought i replied to this yesterday, but i didnt. i brought my car to one of the worst(for voiding warranties) dealers in town(because they do the best warranty work) and even with all my mods and drag radials on the car, they rebuilt 2-3-4 gears for 1200 dollars and let warranty take the hit...

    hmmmm..... i have the same mods as this guy minus the suspension stuff and i was on 17'' nitto drag radials and i ran roughly the same time. the key is learning how to drive the car.

    dude...dont get yer gears from steeda for 190... www.summitracing.com you can get them for 138 shipped. tell them about their "beat a price plan" and tell them that gefracing has the gears for 139. f^^^ steeda. they havent been nice to me lately.
