    I've always put the dielectrical grease right on the connectors as well -- I knew it was an insulator, but I figured of the connection was tight enough it would make good contact and the grease would keep moisture out.

    If you want a cheap crank pulley that is larger -- hit the junkyard and grab one off a truck. The pulleys are quite a bit bigger and probably dirt cheap. I know on my truck I put a stock Mustang one on and it's like a free underdrive. :nice:

    I believe spark plugs are actually the wrong size, but all the carbon makes them seem ok. Correct size is 5/8-11 IIRC.

    Fuse #13 is the dimmer switch -- tapping into that fuse will light and dim the gauges just like your factory ones. :nice:

    The blanket is just for sound deadening -- nothing else. Many cars (SSP Mustangs) never came with them, along with other vehicles like trucks, etc.

    Refilling coolant...

    Are you actually refilling the cooling system or just topping it off. If just topping it off, the plastic resevoir would be correct. If you need to refill it (after draining for example) you will need to go directly into the radiator.

    The back half of my car is done -- don't know if that itself made a difference because of all the other changes I made at the same time -- but it couldn't hurt!

    It depends on the axle and the studs you have. My Strange axles are screw-in studs, factory would be press-in.

    May not be what you want to hear exactly, but Crutchfield sells adapters for factory speaker connections. They plug into the factor plugs and have the correct spade terminals to go to aftermarket speakers. I like not cutting wires.
