    Any suggestions on a distributor.

I am running my original distributor with a Petronix... been doing so for several years now with out a single hitch. My setup is similar to yours, so I would think you would see the same reliability and benefit. Would be nice to upgrade my whole ignition system, but like Larry said above...

    Stock UCA's and Shelby drop

I actually just installed new coil springs - roller perches and the car is sitting higher than I want in the front. So I was thinking of incorporating the Shelby drop and then if needed cut the coil springs. I've put close to 100 miles on the front end since I changed out the coil springs last...

    Exhaust size

How about this... what were the stock exhaust applications out of the factory? I had a 2 barrel 289 with the single exhaust which I think was 1 1/2 inches right? In addition, I think the stock setup was 190 flywheel HP correct? What was the stock exhaust configuration for a dual exhaust...

Suspension kit installation complete (pretty long).

The Maier's racing leaf springs don't use the description of mid or reverse. They state high or low... which the low is supposed to drop the rear about 1 1/4 inches. I've thought a couple of times as to whether I've installed them correctly... initially I had the rear raised on jack stands...

Over the last four weeks or so, I have been installing the Street Performance Kit from Mustang Depot: http://mustangdepot.com/OnLineCatalog/Suspension/susp-kit.htm First of all, I have to say I am very happy with the handling of the car after all is said and done and even more so I am glad...

What are these and where do I get them?

I agree with 66HertzClone; take a look at your heater core. It probably needs replacing. Scott

    ARI Mustang on Ebay

Seems like a car of that calibar would bring more interest and bang for the buck on a major auction circuit. All the big whales getting caught up in the live action instead of an ebay auction. It is an amazing piece of history and a beautiful car... But I would want to drive it all the time...

    Sway bar end-links installation

I ended up just cutting about an 1/8 of an inch off the spacer and that gave me just enough to get the nut threaded. It's amazing how much longer the end links are on this 1 inch sway bar from the stock version. Thank you everyone for all the ideas, Scott

    Yeah! Finally ordered my coilover!

I am right there with you! Famous last quote from my wife... "Do whatever makes you happy, the money is not important". This is of course said as she turns around and walks away staring at the floor! Ouch, just got slammed by another wife guilt trip... :nono: She is no where near the...

Which first, subframes or engine reinforcement?

You have a coupe, so I say hit the engine compartment first and the sway bar if you can afford it. Scott

    Yeah! Finally ordered my coilover!

Not so much scared as respected! lol It is an equal opportunity household; if not it would be a case of who could spend it the fastest... don't think that would work out too well for very long. My wife rocks!

    Post Your Stang!

Actually, it is just the opposite... I just installed new leaf springs to lower the rear and am getting ready to lower the front. :D I have the new coil springs - shocks - roller spring perches and am just waiting on the coil spring insulators to arrive (should be here by Friday if not...
