    Oh no, zero percent finance

This financing doesn't include SVTs or limited addition issue cars. I'm thinking the Mach1 comes under the Limited Addition. Doesn't matter, I need a vert, so that leaves me with the GT. I like the trade in idea. I sure do like those 05s though. 2000 White Vert

    Oh no, zero percent finance

Just when I thought nothing would keep me from a new 05, Ford is coming out with zero percent finance. MY CPA (also my wife) really likes that. :( What to do, what to do? 2000 White Vert

    GTO or Stang

    >>I'm not alone, as I think Ford will realize in a year or two down the road.<< I'll bet less than 5% of all Mustang owners know the difference between live axle and IRS. I agree with the option idea, but even live axles are pretty good now for most Mustangers. 2000 White Vert

Great Mustang article in USA Today

Hello All There is a great article in USA Today about the early history of the Mustang and how it almost didn't happen. Enjoy http://www.usatoday.com/money/autos/2004-04-16-mustang-40_x.htm

05 Mustang GT in my dealership today...

    >>btw, the shifter is in perfect position in the center console... for those of you that have owned or currently own a 94-04 Mustang will appreciate this fact...<< I'm not sure what complaint your are talking about for 94-04s, but if its the reach, I'm excited. With my long legs, the seat is...

    What's a new 03 Cobra Vert worth?

Hello everyone It listed $39500, but they came down to $36000. I told them that I really wanted to wait for 05 GT vert , and that I could get a new 04 Vett for $36000. A dealer in our area is advertising them for that. There were nice enough but felt that was the best the could do. Now they...

    any official JOB 1 dates??

    >>and think about this...if they launched it in april 2004...there's still a boatload of 04's on the lot<< There still a lot full of 2003s at the dealer near me, and they even have one 2002. And they aren't dealing either. 2000 White Vert

    With or without foglights?

I didn't like the fogs back in the 60s either. I also ike a clean grill. I've already decided that I will look to trade with a V6er. BUT, that's the only thing I don't like on this body. 2000 White Vert

    The $20K V8 thread

How would $20K V8 effect used car prices? Given a choice of a used 04GT or a New 05 LX with the new retro body style and 300HP engine for about the same price. Well I'm just wondering what that will do to used car prices. I remember watching this same discussion on the Corvette Forum. I say...

    The $20K V8 thread

    >>it is bad bussiness because instead of selling for $25K they would be lossing $5000 in profit selling it at $20K.<< I think it's possible. Last September you could get a new Mach1 for around $22000 if you were willing to travel. They just don't give those things away. Someone posted the...

    Mechanical or Hydraulic Clutch Linkage?

Hey, does anyone know if Ford stayed with the mechanical linkage clutch or did they put in hydraulics? Personally, I like the raw feel of a mechanical clutch, but hydraulics is nice in a traffic jam. A few months ago, I test-drove a 97 Cobra and 99 Corvette that were both for sale in the...

How long will the new rerto Stang last???

I have been asking the same question. It doesn't really matter if you like the new mustang or not. The question is will the retro look have long appeal. I read a couple stories last summer in USA Today that said the retro look was going out and all retro cars sales were suffering a lot. And yes...

Things we don't know about the 2005

    >>I had a 91 Bonneville that had hood struts and after 10 years they still opened as good as the day they were new. Same goes for the trunk struts in my 94 GT.<< Prop rods save the mustang at least ten lbs. probably closer to twenty. The trunks can use struts because there short length gives...
