    Your steering wheel is connected to the front wheels so it is most likely to be a front end issue. It could be anything from bearings in the steering colum or or wheels. have it checked soon. dont know if Pepboys would be the best place to chek it out tho. :)

    There is a big difference in them tunes. I have a 93 and I dont like it for city driving so I run my 89. still good numbers tho. I also think that could do better if it was a standard. :)
