    Whats the weak link in my cooling system??

    Have you tried to move the timing any just to see if it helps. look into a High flow water pump, like hissin do you have the lower air dam on it it will make a difference. can you turn on the fan and cool it or do you just have to slow down? turning on the fan would tell me lack of air flow..

    Sounds like you answered your question go carb. I like the EFI much more and love the fact that I don't have to get dirty and the challenge to tune on the car good old lap top. BUT to each his own both work have fun with it. like said check out the turbo forums blow-though section

    I run 15-40 or 20-50 oil and Motorcraft filter. Car is turbocharged.and sounds like a sewing machine.but I run my valves a bit on the lose side

    I run a full manual valve body and I love it. sounds like to me you now have a pressure leak some where and may need to pull the trans. and look for it. if the valve body don't fix the issues.

    393 or 408 with 76mm turbo

    I think both of those engines are a bit on the big side for a T76 and at high rpms the turbo is gone to start choking the motor down but that's just what I think.

    I just run the big pick up that goes in the tank where the stock one is. I was having 1.50 60 fts without any problems at all with starvation if that's what you have been hearing.

    i want to lower my compression

    you can have the combustion chambers opened up and you can run a ticker head gasket I did this on a true flat top 302 with 58 cc heads I opened the CC up to the edge on the head gasket and I put .065 head gasket from Cometic. worked great. I didn't even have to get longer push rods.
