    I think the wheel ended up at a local swap meet in Beaver Falls, PA. As for the Grant adapter, it was wedged deep in the column and had to be removed with a puller/extractor. It was cheaper to repair the steering column than get a new one, but not by much.

    unless your old mechanic used a large hammer to pound the grant adapter plate into place. Threads are stripped and things are almost, but not quite, FUBAR. This was the same mechanic who "lost" my previous 1969 rim blow steering wheel in the first place. :mad: Talk about adding insult to injury

    Think about an RPM Performer intake. Mill the divider plenum like the Air Gap has and you will have an intake that will match or beat the Vic Jr. on your car and allow the shaker to fit at the same time.

    You know, that's what everyone says but I saw no change in the dyno numbers from when the Torker II was on my car to the next day when I put the RPM Air Gap on it. I think the Torker II gets a bad rap.

    I went from manual to power brakes using a MPB conversion kit and yes, I had to use a new brake pedal arm. It requires relocating the pedal arm to a different pivot point. I got the electric vacuum pump only it simply does not work. It turns on but never turns off.
