    Listen to this guy. For the money you are about to spend to put those heads on your car to make it SLOWER, I would repair the 5.4 for the stang and swap it in. Then you have a wonderful running 4.6 engine to sell for $1k+! That should help in the parts for the swap. You would be much happier...

    Squeaking when shifting fast at ~4k & up

    Mine does this too especially in a 2-3 shift at 4k+. I am almost positive it is the belt slipping on mine. However I cannot say this is your problem too since I haven't heard yours in real life or anything.

    You should be able to pick up a 03 premium GT w/ under 15k on it for $16k. You should also be able to pick up a cobra used with less than 45k on it for that price too. Remember this is sticker price! You can always jew them down. I love my 2v. You shouldn't have any problem with a stealth...

    not trying to flame anyone but it is a sports car. I agree with you though completely. My old 96 V6 sat lower and farther back than my 01 GT but I have power seats. I would rather have manual anyway, I never mess with the power seats. I would suggest at looking into getting some V6 seats...
