    3.73s....4.10s....

    I have a 5spd and 4.10 is just right and I drive 70mph down the highway 5+ days a week! Go with 4.10's and you will thank us when you do. It's like bolting on 50+ HP! I can start in second now and it pulls almost like 1st with 3.27's.

    Here's more exhaust opinion. You can probably pick the kit up on eBay for under $500. Also, you should check out the magnaflow magnapacks if you like the stingers. Don't forget your o/r mid pipe when you order.

    I should have went deeper than 4:10's

    I like the driveability of the 4.10's. I still think 3.73's should be stock though! I'm glad I didn't fear the gear and went with 4.10's. I wish when driving through town I could flip a switch and have 4.56's :D then flip switch back and have 4.10's for the highway.

    Bullit 10.5's on, slower

    you're probably right it will make a tad difference in acceleration. I don't have them but it's physics. You have more mass to get moving, bigger tires and wider rims = more weight that needs to get moving. It shouldn't be much difference. The looks IMO far outway the loss in acceleration...

    For what you're about to spend on shorties ($300) you should go ahead and buy LT's from ebay for about the same (MAC $330 shipped). Have them installed and save yourself some grief. Use whatever mid-pipe you want still and have an exhaust shop cut your mid pipe to fit the Lt's.

    Anyone here hate their exhaust sound?

    i hate stock. the word even leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I went with o/r H pipe and american thunder. love it. gives good sound and noticed increased throttle response and all around gains. makes it extra fun to mash the loud pedal.

    I had an alpine cda-9815 in mine and it looks fine just get a dash kit and you're golden. but i sold it for 50 less than i paid for it to buy exhaust.
