    my first headunit i had did this and i was told how to fix it. I had to solder something into the amp turnon line or something? Anyone have any ideas? :shrug:

    She's still not 100% what she used to be, but I'm slowly getting her back up to speed. Putting the new radar, headunit and amp in today. Tomorrow the Viper 5002 gets installed. Monday the door lock gets shaved and the dents fixed. So much unnecessary stress, i'll tell ya that much.

    Pretty amazing how you can tell how I installed the unit seeing every wire used to connect the radio was ripped out of the car. :nono: Dumbass :notnice: Now I know why I stopped visiting stangnet. this place used to be so cool.

    What? I installed it. What are you talking about? They ripped the whole center console out, breaking my dash. :shrug: Yeaaaa im sure professional installers woulda welded it to the frame and stopped them from prying it out. :rlaugh:

    Thanks for the support guys. Been real down about the car lately. Kinda sux... I got a check for $1,500 from insurance. Hopefully I can do what I gotta do to get her back in rolling status :nice:
